Hi I've my internet back at last. Im so ready for this, I've been quite Ill, been tested for everything, just waiting on Mammogramme and results back from CT scan.
I need to start eating healthier, my Doc went through my food diary with me and agrees its fact I have been unable to exercise so gaining weight Said that cause Im sitting so much i'd need to just eat 600 cals a day (would kill me herself if I tried this) and even then may not lose weight. Shes advised me just to walk around the house and through backgarden.and walk up the stairs on the hour.
Swimming pool miles away, I dont drive but going to ask someone to try drop me out.
Thats my promise to ME for this week.
