I, truly, am shocked by 178.3. That number is an average of the two times I weighed in this morning. I weighed once right after I woke up (stumble into the bathroom, barely awake) and then once after the full morning routine. The first time I was 179.0, but after I finished everything that I typically do in the morning (if you get what I'm sayin') I was 177.5.
... 177.5?! That's FOUR pounds in ONE week! (Also: 14,000 calories burned.) CRAZY! I want to put that into the weigh-in right now, but I don't want to overshoot anything and then chance looking like I've gained weight next week.
It was a good week, this past week. I'm proud of myself for sticking through some of the poor feelings I had while working out.
