Lost weight without exercise this week. Possibly some muscel loss, but maybe not since I kept my macros at the same level, meaning I'm getting plenty of protein.
Was a bad boy on the diet a little this week, but stayed with it pretty well. I REALLY miss the gym. The week of rest was exactly what I needed, but I am ready to hit the weights hard!
Today is my weekly official weigh-in: 182.0 lbs. and 16% body fat. So I lost 0.3 lbs. of fat this week. Since I wasn't exercising, I probably should have lowered my caloric intake a few hundred, but I chose not to. So the slowed progress is not a surprise, but when I hit the gym this Monday, I bet the fat will just fall off of me. :-)
I've lost just under 18 lbs. of *FAT* in 7 weeks on the MuscleHack.com Total Six Pack Abs program. I think I'll be at my goal of 10% body fat by July 4th.
I've updated my profile pic. I ate right before I took it, so my stomach is not quite as flat as it was when I woke up, but I can see the "cut" really starting to happen in my shoulders and arms. Yes!
