As long as you keep track and eat “mindfully” the weight will eventually drop. And in the meantime you won’t gain, which is *huge!*

Good job. That’s why you do a weigh-in day. Weight fluctuates daily but if you weigh in once a week, it’s usually pretty accurate. We’re doing it!
