Hmm.. this tells me 2 things. #1- I did NOT gain as much as I thought last week. #2- more than likely just water retention....🤷🏽‍♀️ Meh. I'll take it. Still grooving on my stuffed mushrooms though. Never hurts to keep calories a little lower than planned.
