I have to be honest . This month has been rely hard . When you as a person comfort eat and you have a dick head for a husband , who knows which box to tick . Slowly keeps tightening his grip and you then have that feeling of falling off the wagon . You then go straight for the stuff that is no good for you . What can I say only that I have taken the control back . Ready for next week. Wish me luck ....
