Daddy Manatee's Dagbog, 12 apr 22

I must hang my head in shame. I have really slacked off the last two months and sure enough, my gains have all disappeared. Weight almost where it was when I started and % body fat back there too. Surprisingly my skeletal muscle mass is actually at new high, go figure.

So, I will end now and start lifting. These results are a reminder to me to keep at it, especially when I am feeling unmotivated. This was a down, time for an up, and try to keep things on the level rather than swinging up and down.

%BF. 28.8. (2 months ago it was 26.9!)
Skeletal muscle mass. 90.4lbs.
Lean body mass. 159.2lbs
101,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 10,7 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
