Flat lined again this week!!! I have had some rough days with bad food choices and low on water. The positive....I have exercised every single day!!! ♥
70,3 kg Indtil videre tabt: 4,5 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 2,3 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.

Good for you, Pink Rose! It's the water that made the difference, I'm drinking more water too, & in spite of some big b-day treats I lost 2.6 lbs this week ~ YA 4 both of us!

Hi Rose, persist at it and the scales will reflect back in time. However, don't forget the fact that the scales are just one indicator of weight loss x

Drink lots of water.. exercise of course is always good. Bet you have firmed up some.
