Ok, food for thought, sugar is not my friend. Seems whenever I indulge in some processed sugar it sets me up for binging the rest of the day. So as of today, if at all possible, I will have to cut that from my chest box. Let the whining and gnashing of teeth ensue. 😆🤣

Hard for me also. Not a BIG sweets eater, but do love Dove dark chocolate. So, I find myself having a piece or 2 per day = 40 and 80 calories. Same for peanut butter and Nutello, but I've cut them out of my life completely. They are just TOO addicting. Frankly I would rather have something savory rather than sweet, but that can be an issue also. Just keep at it.

Thanks Bionici! Your statement matches me to a T. The last couple days have proven more manageable, and is showing in the scale. Between that and my new rowing I’m finally seeing progress.
