I'm a bit heavy today. I didn't expect to be. I guess I snacked a little too much yesterday. It could also be because I was out of my routine last week. I will continue to concentrate on getting back on track. Good work out last night. Plyometrics. I will have a good shoulders and arms workout tonight. I wenet out with some of my contractors today and hiked around the job site for 3 1/2 hours. Great bonus work out! I came home and had a good nap and am ready for some weight lifting.
