I haven't been recording all my food but still keeping up with everything. Finally went down past 183! I am making a doctor's appt in the morning because I've consistently been below 1500 calories for 6 wks now and I'm burning between 2300-2900 calories each day. I lost 5 lbs in the first 10 days but since then I've been stuck. I have a feeling that I may have thryoid trouble. Maybe I'm a bit hypochondriac but I want to get a thorough physical and plenty of blood work to make sure all is okay.
81,6 kg Indtil videre tabt: 4,6 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 22,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
