meonadiet's Dagbog, 24 maj 11

Eventhough I've been far from perfect I was maintaining. Until this Victoria Day long weekend. I put on 4 pounds in 4 days. How disgusting! I'm hoping but very doubtful it will come off as easy. I'm going to try using the Diet Calendar since my main issue is over eating. With menopause I have this issue with always feeling hungry and wanting to eat and eat. I had it in control for a bit but its gone again. I do not know how but I must find it. On the plus side I still go to the gym daily...I cannot imagine how much I would weigh if I did not.

I know when I gain so much in a short amount of time, up your water intake and it helps flush it? Great job keeping up with going to the gym.
