Keidrake's Dagbog, 23 jul 22

I can upload pictures again! Picture is of my chicken and rice soup from last week. It wasn't a great scale week. Pulled a muscle picking my youngest kid up last Tuesday. And yesterday's doc appointment I'm still feeling it. Did I make the best food choices all week? No. Did I have some great days of making good food choices? Yes. And the scale did go down some. So no real complaints. Sore hurty muscles, and pain seems to be my theme this week and Ice packs.
Today's plan is picking up Hub's glasses from the mall in the city. Then we might do something fun with the kids. Either a movie or taking them by the trampoline place. We'll probably do a little clothing shopping in the mall for the kids.
