According to the scale my weight is the same as when I was exercising regularly beginning of the year. My clothes fit well. When I look in the mirror I can see that the little muscle I had has been replaced with fat though and that saddens me. Hopefully soon I'll make the time to exercise again but for now I am focusing on nutrition & step count.
