Today was my first six (6) week assessment with my personal trainer. Results are very good. I have lost a total of 22 pounds over the past six (6) weeks. The breakdown is 18 pounds of fat and 4 pounds of muscle. I have lost a total of 16 inches, with the most significant loss in my hips and waist.
137,3 kg Indtil videre tabt: 6,5 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 60,6 kg.    Kost fulgt: 100%.
