Do not despair. The scale will move. I usually weigh myself in the morning after waking up, before I start consuming anything. I always aim to weigh myself more or less around the same time to avoid fluctuations on the scale. I think if you weigh yourself after working out, you might have consumed a lot of water while exercising and that water will have an impact on your weight reading. Hope that helps

also measure cm's sometimes we don't lose scale weight but we lose a lot of cm's
