I have binged too much, what started out as a binge meal, ended up in a couple of binge days! Haven't been drinking my water or exercising. Now I have 8 weeks left untill my birthday and wanted so badly to weigh under 100kg by then. But that's impossible as it means I would have to loose 22kg in 8 weeks time. I'm not gonna put that kind of pressure on myself anymore. I just have to accept where I am at currently and make the best of the next 8 weeks. Think I'm going to try and loose 12kg in the 8 weeks time, which means the binges and bad habits have to stop. I need better coping mechanisms.
