Abulshah's Dagbog, 30 sep 14

I ate three meatless meatballs yesterday, with flour included in the ingredients that i haven't logged.
Otherwise i was spot on yesterday with by intake.

I cooked a roast chicken, two intact, stuffed with Rice, but managed to not pick anything at all!

Certainly wouldn't have been able to do that six months ago.
117,1 kg Indtil videre tabt: 23,0 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 0 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
