Monday another cloudy rainy day in Sacramento. Today another blank page to scribble or paint upon. Old habits are patterns that are being replaced by new ideas that I take action with what brings me strength and freedom from breaking ties, which feel good making changes toward a happier me. Over the weekend I got some rest, caught up with the family laundry, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, cooked some and hugged my family and pets a lot! TOWANDA!!!!!!!

Hello, Lisa! I'm so glad you are trading in old habits for new ideas and and gaining strength and happiness from them. Good for you! I myself much prefer hugging to cleaning bathrooms, but you managed to do both plus laundry and more! I strongly agree with Coach so here are a couple more hugs!
