Today's workout was walking. I didn't feel up to doing any strength training today. I had been focused on my classes and that's been getting in the way of me working out. Day two of intermittent fasting completed.
152,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 5,4 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 79,8 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
