🤗 oh my 🤸‍♀️ my weight is falling off🥳 Even though I haven't had time for exercising in the last 4 months, I've stayed committed in recording the foods I eat so as to avoid going over my daily calorie intake of 1200, the effort is vital.
For the last few months I haven't taken any form of herbal tablets for my peri menopause as my flushes rarely occur and I'm sleeping well too 😊 I'm wondering if its the homemade Kombucha's and lemon probiotics I'm drinking everyday which has contributed to this? Ahhh, a new me again🥰
62 kg Indtil videre tabt: 30 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 8 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
