WOW I gained 5 pounds this week. Seems impossible but I did it. Beginning of the week company then ill then weekend multiple social gatherings. All week my exercise was down and ate like a pig.

No more excuses turning it around starting today. Going to join one of the 12 weeks Holiday Challenges. Canadian so my Thanksgiving is in October... BUT this week I did book Christmas in Mexico which is in 18 weeks. That's my ultimate goal. Very excited and motivated.
