Haven’t been paying much attention to my eating and weight for the past couple of days due to the recent news. I’m back on it today though, I owe it to myself to stay healthy and continue my weight loss journey. I need to stay as healthy as possible x

Nothing yet. I’m due my blood tests on November 11th, and due to the Covid backlog I have no idea when I’ll be having my scan. Hopefully soon though 🤞

Sooner the better, must seem like a long wait to u, all u can do is positive thinking. Bugger the diet. Do whatever it takes to keep ur mind off the subject and makes u happy xx
