Weird, right? Apparently, I was lighter than I thought I was and I've been carrying some extra water weight for a while (I attribute it to my love of high sodium soy sauce!) Well, I haven't had it in about 5 days and any extra water weight just fell off. I also need to find a high-calorie alternative to peanut butter, since that was my go-to high calorie snack, but it doesn't agree with my tummy anymore. (*insert pouty face here*) This weekend, I might make some pumpkin-spiced date, raisin, coconut, tahini, walnut balls to up my calories.
