Embarrassed. I’ve walked a fine line each night with my eating. It finally caught up to me. Glad Halloween is behind me, and candy is hidden .
This always happens when I accept a challenge to lose weight ( referring to Merry Mel’s). It’s like by brain says “F” you and your competitive spirit! 😆
On a better note, my daughter made the girls basketball team at her middle school. Proud Dad moment here🎉

Merry Mel got you to TJ? he got me too for the weight loss challenge and he is leaving me in the dust lol. it's cool though, I'm in it to win it no matter how long it takes me.

Congratulations to your daughter!! I know exactly what you mean about eating...I gained 2 lbs cuz of Halloween candy and sweets.... we gotta get back on track!!👍

I know what you mean about the competitive spirit. It hits me at night and I hate it. I was able to overcome with the last 30 pound loss so I guess this round, it's just a matter of mind over matter and realizing the need. Don't worry, you will do it to. BUT no reason to be embarassed, you will overcome the need for the treats.
In the meantime, congrats for your daughter. My daughter did the same when she was in school and she was so excited as were we!
