Thanks Judy! I'm trying hard. Thanks Morticia. I cooked the eggs in my wok and just a spritz of olive oil. Thanks Navywife. I took Bobby for a quick walk, then brought him home and went for a long walk by myself. He gave me a dirty look when I left but I worried it might be too cold for him. Over 17k steps so far today!

WTG on the steps!! I used to weigh everyday but now it's more like 3 times a week, if that.

Thanks Wholefood and Mom - I get about 5000-6000 steps a day just around the house, but a long walk brings the total up. It felt good this morning to make my coffee after feeding the pets and porch kitty at 5am rather than weighing myself first. I was tempted to weigh but figured I wouldn't show a loss so the goal is still to wait until Saturday.
