I noticed a little change in my weight last week friday. Its need long since ive recorded my foods. but im still in line with health eating. last weekend i had wine (baron) 1 bottle. I dont regret but i with it wont affect too much on my progres.
81,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 2,5 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 16,5 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
