It was one of those weeks where I missed working out Saturday through Tues and was only able to get in a morning workout on Wed, Thurs and Fri. Normally I would try to get in another workout usually just cardio during lunch time but missed those also. Diet wise average 1654 kcal per day. I think I still need to watch my portion control better. A couple more things I need to improve on is more sleep which I get 6 hr per night and wake up naturally and I don't get sleep during the day. Another item I need to work on is water intake. I drink about 4 8oz per day.

Stress is another factor that could be affecting me while I am concerned about my Dad at 92 battling cancer and its not going well for him.

I know there will be times my weight lose will be slow but I will and must keep at it and adjust routines where I can.

Your weight history shows you have lost 38 pounds, so you are doing great. Lots of things can stress us out, but we just need to keep our eating the healthy as we can, even if things prevent us from exercising as much as we would like. Keep going!
