The best thing about being on this journey is you get stronger in so many ways physically and mentally and I believe it teaches you about sacrifice and delayed gratification. I just love eating ice cream at the end of the week because I work hard for it and there’s nothing more rewarding than enjoying the fruits of your own labour. It changes you as a person you become bulletproof so to speak have fun and keep going champion 

Thanks for your support. Yes in the scheme of things I have been through much tougher things. I just have to keep pushing and and reminding myself to keep on going.
