I gained all the weight back since June 22. I'm not too discouraged though, because I'm not surprised. I know Ihavebeen eating calorie dense foods with a more sedentary life. now, at 41, my body is telling me it needs more muscle tone and less extra weight to carry around. back pai has been pretty constant the last month. I can just jump into action like I used to be able. Adding daily planks and simple strength training.
