I certainly need to knuckle down and exercise if I want to see the digits go down, yup I want to see a countdown again. I'm not freaking out as my clothes are getting looser in different areas of my body where it wasn't before. Hmmm my body's reshuffling itself 🤣 loose areas needing urgent toning up. It feels grand being flexible, light and painfree. Onwards and downwards.
