So many stress factors coming to a head, but I am not stress-eating. I did let my exercise slip a little, but will address that today I hope. Note to self, "do not eat a whole can of spinach in one sitting, it will constipate in a different way than a meat fest will." We will see what today bring. Off to move through this day.
