TJ, I'm glad to know that the stomach problems have been solved, about YF I am also surprised not to read it or see more publications of his, in fact I left him a few weeks ago a comment on the most recent of his publications, he was a little zen method since his return from Japan, but I do not know anything about her either.

Yago, as an update to the intestinal issues, they are still present. Looks like I’ll be eating bland for a little bit to help settle my insides. This good and bad if this is I will be recording a huge drop today, but not sure it can last since it’s from cleaning out the system.
Anyway, more than you probably wanted to know 😆
