Exactly the same weight as last Sunday. Not my plan, but it's not as bad as I had feared. I stepped on the scale Wednesday and Thursday's and was up over 2 pounds. So I ate very little Friday and Saturday so I wouldn't have a weekly gain. Hopefully I'll be able get get some vegetables to stir fry and some fresh fruit. I love the pineapple spears my grocery store recently started selling. Hope to walk more as well. Only managed a walk 2 or 3 days this past week because of weather.

Had fresh pineapple yesterday for breakfast -- sooooo goooood. Eating grapes now with my coffee. Do you eat apples and oranges, Fritzy? Both have a lot of fiber and they keep for several days. I eat them when I'm out of berries and bananas. Enjoy your walk with Bobby today (remember when it hurt so much that you could only make it to the hill? You have come so far!💚).

Weight fluctuation is normal. The scale is not the only way to gauge success. I currently do not own a scale because it seems to sabotage my thinking. Maybe opt for non-scale goals for a week or so and focus more on healthy, positive thoughts. 😉

Morticia, I have always loved pineapple. I remember when I was in my 20's I would buy big cans of pineapple juice and drank it instead of soda.

Thanks Bananas, I buy oranges and apples but often don't eat them. Before I retired I took an apple to work e dry day. Bobby and I just got back from our morning walk and we did the hill. I considered going down the next big hill but knew I would be too tired to make it back up. But working towards it.

Thanks Teacher, I understand what you are saying but I set a goal the 1st of January to lose at least one pound a week. Goals keep me focused. So for now, I need the scale
