So cutting is the opposite of bulking. So now we eat less calories, clean eating, to reduce our body fat %. It just helps us to see better where we are at muscle wise and weight wise.

Straight away. So if my recommended calorie intake is say 2000 calories per day according to my BMR and what my goals are, you usually minus 500g from your BMR, which would put me at 1500 cal/day, which would put me at a calorie deficit of 500 cal/ day, which will aid me in my weight loss and my work out routine will help with my body fat % loss and muscle gain
