Just a quick update on my routine...
When I finish work at 3AM I now go home and go-to sleep, wake up at 11AM and then go to the gym. More sleep, eating alot of food in a 5 hr window, so I feel I need to tune in what I eat. I think this will be a better routine as I get 7 hours sleep instead of 4 or 5.

Tough schedule! Good observations though - I think you nailed it, especially the sleep… Fatigue is a tough act to beat and achieve any personal goals with grace. I lived 65 of my 67 years on 3hours sleep. Nothing worked for me that wasn’t addictive and I can’t do addictive. I now take a med called Mirtazapine - tiny amount 7.5mg one hour before bed and I get 7hours 39minutes every night. I can’t sleep 3hours without it…

I too am noticing that if I sleep between 6-8 hours my fasting blood sugar is good. If I sleep less than that it goes higher. Sleep gives our bodies a chance to heal what it can during that resting window. I think you have found your new method is working for you!
