Not Oh, Oh, but AHA! I’ve said this somewhere else… Change is information that we can use to positive effect. It is all we’ve got to rule on. As long as we respond in a positive manner, no change is bad news. Usually, in reflection, we know why something changed, but sometimes we don’t and that’s okay. If this were a game, then the only rule would be honesty.
