I haven't lost any weight in the last 3 weeks. it's discouraging, but I refuse to give up. I'm going to increase my calories a little, because I'm averaging less than 1200, and that's probably too low. I'm also going to stop weekly weight-ins. I'll weigh in another month and see my progress.

other than that, I'm doing well. I'm exercising regularly, building strength and endurance, and I really can tell my clothes are getting looser.
