Alriiight. So an unexpected drop in my weight, considering I've been more naughty than nice. I think if I were to workout more often it would drop at an even better rate. Last night I did some yoga to get my body to feel better after that tae bo storm on Friday evening, and today I feel so well.
I signed up for two running events in my city, one this Friday morning and the other one the following Friday. In the meantime, I'll be training to increase my stamina. Let's get this lil' booty movin'!
