YAY, under 240lbs.. I beat my first goal.. loose 10lbs.. new goal.. loose 5 more! setting realistic goals for my self. Another goal i met this week was 10k steps a day for 5 days. This weeks goal is 10k for 6 days. Im excited the weather is gonna be warm this week,this way it wont be that hard to get outta the house. Hope every one has a great day !
