Added Casein Protein to the rest of the regime and all works great - seems to help with body aches and pains (my joints, muscle, tendons etc. seem to appreciate whatever the casein powder offers). I need to take a lactaid before it as I am lactose intolerant. And I am not doing a shake but the texture of mousse cake and eat it like that.
I don't care anymore how and when I lose weight but what can I do to work with my body to heal it. The weight loss is just a good extra bonus. My target now is not a final weight (I left my old goal here because the app needs something to be written). I will be happy with wherever my weight will be when it will stop decreasing as long as my health problems will be kept at bay. But will keep searching for anything that may be able to solve more of my health problems - body pains and aches and weak LES (laringo-eshophagial sphincter) are only 2 of them that I am super happy that now are getting under control. While I will still recommend beans, lentils etc as good foods if your body tolerates them I will also stay away from them (except for rare occasions when I may crave them) because even cooked properly the little gassing that they give you puts unwelcomed pressure on an already screwed up LES and irritates it.
