Thanks gang! I sure can’t complain.. I’ve been losing almost 3lbs a week for 5 weeks now… I have already set the real goal of 170# in my mind… 26lbs to go. Almost halfway there? I am pretty pleased … exercise, diet and FS - that’s the trifecta for me… thanks again :) DV
