Fasted 16 hours until I became hungry, then I ate primarily vegetables and protein, 8 chips with my steak salad, and fruit when sugar cravings hit, but only one or 2 servings which amounted to exactly 1300 kcals, 104 Gms protein, 105 Gms carbs and around 50 Gms of fat.
103,9 kg Indtil videre tabt: 2,9 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 44,9 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
