232.4 0.8lbs loss in seven days. Scale gave me two different weights again. So I keep using the highest one so as to avoid heartbreak at the next weighin. (Lowest one was about 1lb less)
Breakfasts and lunches are still going well. Supper and evening snacks are becoming slightly more diet conscious in size. Won two evening snack battles this week! One with will power and one because I fell asleep. Whatever works, right!?
Daily chores and projects are helping me fight against any calorie battles I might loose.
Heat wave will probably force me into the cellar to work there soon.
A bit scattered and frenzied project wise. Hoping to reorganize and attack the priorities starting later this week.
Progress on both weightloss & homefront are moving in a positive direction, but not nearly as quick as I'd like. ⚖️📉🏡👍😊
