I'm hanging at the same weight for a few days, which I'm ok with given how quickly the first 10 pounds came off. I'm still keeping a check on calories, eating healthy and low carb, and exercising regularly --at least 30 minutes of walking each day, harder workouts 3 days a week. I think some of this is the weight loss slowing down a bit, and some is probably water retention. So, I just keep trucking.
My husband ("Teddy" here on FatSecret) is really sick right now with some kind of nasty cold. Maybe strep, we won't know until the test comes back. I'm sad for him, trying to help him get well, and also trying to avoid getting sick myself. Wish us luck. :)
