Shocked this morning I didn't gain after having house guests all weekend and made some undesirable food choices i.e. chips, booze, etc. Monday morning is now looking a little brighter.
69,4 kg Indtil videre tabt: 8,7 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 5,9 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
