Finally done my period and weight is finally coming off. Took 4 days to see anything happen. Hopefully goes down much quicker now. Been extremely honest with diet recorded on here.
75,9 kg Indtil videre tabt: 0,3 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 7,8 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
