This journal was been working surprisingly well. Before this, I was on the Dr. Poon diet. Yes, I lost 30 pounds. But was it sustainable? No. I couldn't eat any carbs. Weight piles back on immediately after, even if you eat 1 little fruit. It makes you scared of consuming carbs. Carbs are necessary in your diet (GOOD carbs, that is). After this I made a journey to incorporate p90x, insanity, t-25 and weight lifting at the gym into my routine. It worked, till I got stuck at 168. Now I'm finally budging again. This is awesome.
