So I dropped 2 pounds from yesterday. The only thing I did different was not eat carbs after lunch time, and I also increased my protein/fat percent. OH - and I drank a lot of water! I guess this is what I needed to do differently. Thanks everyone for the support
74,5 kg Indtil videre tabt: 1,7 kg.    Stadig tilbage: 6,4 kg.    Kost fulgt: Rimeligt godt.
