Definitely noticing some muscle definition in my legs now. I wore shorts out in public today for the first time in 4 years!! It felt good! My work outs are pretty basic, I can’t seem to push myself too much past “the burn” LoL, maybe if I had a personal trainer to whip me I’d have faster results. But slow consistency seems to be working. I have to say I’m pretty tired of eating kale salads, day in day out, but .. I’m happy about these results 🙏🥦🥗
